Ramon Landolt(*1985, Flawil, Switzerland) a Zurich based musician who started playing the piano at the age of five. As early as 1990 improvisation started to be a companionship to his daily discovery - and persists until now. Born into a family of musicians, music making and creation has alread been a big goal during his childhood. Trained as a Jazzpiano player at Lucerne University and later privately with Phil Markowitz and elcetronic musician Earl Howard in New York City. Since 2010 he composes with Trio Heinz Herbert music that pushes the boundaries between Freejazz and Electronic Music.

Recent festival and club appearances include Jazzfest Berlin, 12 Points Festival Amsterdam, Meakuzma Festival, Belgium, Unerhört Festival, Zürich, Taktlos Festival 2020/2019, Zürich, Jazzfestival Schaffhausen, Jazzfestival Ljubliana, Tallinn Music Week, Le Pavillion Corbusier and others.

In 2019 the band Trio Heinz Herbert has been awarded with the “Zenith Award” for emerging artist from the European Jazz Network.
Also in 2019 Ramon Landolt has been selected participant to Sound Out a European professional development & mentoring platform.
